This deeply relaxing, comforting massage incorporates warm, basalt river stones with Swedish or deep tissue massage.The warm stones are placed on specific areas of discomfort to help to unwind the muscle, melting away tension at a deeper level.

Cranio Sacral Therapy

This is a light-touch modality that releases tensions deep in the body. Using a gentle touch about the weight of a nickel on various parts of the head and body, the practitioner monitors the rhythm of fluid flowing around the central nervous system. Delicate manual techniques are then used to release weak fluid flow or tissue motion areas. This can improve the form and function of the central nervous system.

This therapeutic modality acknowledges the profound connection between the mind and body. Both hold onto memories and emotions, often manifesting as physical discomfort. In this treatment, we can pinpoint where the emotions live in the body and help release the emotional holding patterns, offering a path to physical relief and understanding. This therapy involves some massage techniques/energy healing as well as some dialogue surrounding the story the body is trying to tell.

Indian Head Massage

A blissful head treatment that relaxes the central nervous system while increasing Qi energy, that reduces mental fatigue and creates emotional, mental and spiritual balance. Intermittent Hypoxic Hyperoxic Therapy

This multiphase process exposes the body to alternating levels of oxygen. In the Hypoxic phase, you breathe air with low oxygen levels, similar to what you would experience at extremely high elevations. Then your body is flooded with high levels oxygen, the Hyperoxic phase. Whether you are just discovering your love of yoga or have spent numerous hours on your mat. You'll have the opportunity to explore poses, receive hands-on adjustments, and engage in meaningful discussions about your practice.
