Mackenzie Elizabeth is a passionate Kundalini & Ayurveda practitioner and a psychology student at Indiana University, dedicated to guiding others on the path to self-discovery and holistic healing. Her mission is to assist individuals in reconnecting with their true nature and finding balance by integrating mind, body, and spirit.
Mackenzie's journey began in 2012 after a life-altering car accident left her immobile. During her recovery, she found solace and healing through yoga, which sparked her lifelong devotion to the practice. Additionally, Mackenzie has struggled with gut health issues since she was 12, and this ongoing challenge became the catalyst for her deeper exploration of Ayurvedic medicine.
In 2018, Mackenzie traveled to Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, where she immersed herself in Ayurvedic teachings. There, she discovered the profound connection between the mind and the gut—and how aligning our food choices, lifestyle, and habits with our unique body types can be transformative. Through Ayurveda, Mackenzie learned that profound healing can occur when we honor our individual nature, both mentally and physically. Her holistic approach combines her knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, Ayurveda, Kundalini, and Psychology. Providing a comprehensive and personalized path to wellness for each individual she works with.
Whether through her somatic retreats, one-on-one sessions, group classes, or educational resources, Mackenzie is committed to helping you achieve greater alignment with your true self, optimize your health, and live a life full of vitality and purpose.
