Sabrina has always had a passion for healing. In 2004, she discovered her purpose and path to helping others in the form of massage therapy, and it was at this time she embarked on her diverse journey of education with this healing modality. She has cultivated expertise in an impressively wide range of treatment offerings including cupping, hot stone therapy, table-Thai massage, Swedish, deep tissue, myo-fascial release, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and more. Sabrina received the award for "Top Requested Therapist, multiple times while working at some of Florida's premium salons. Sabrina proves her experience in massage therapy is nothing short of abundant, and only continues to grow!

Lindsey Frost is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in 2021. Growing up in Sarasota, Florida, Lindsey always had a curiosity for wellness and healing. It was in 2019 that Lindsey realized she wanted to make a bigger impact on the world through massage. Once she dove in, she discovered a passion for learning about the body that continues to deepen and grow every day. Since graduation, she has gained experience working in both a chiropractic office and spa. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage and Lymphatic Drainage. With her knowledge and expertise, she facilitates a custom experience that targets areas for pain management, while also promoting relaxation.

Moriah was given the gift of freedom almost 10 years ago. By the time she was 19, she weighed so much that the scale wouldn’t go any higher. She was trapped in her body and trapped by negative thought patterns. Self-doubt ruled her, and her body was a stranger. Yoga was the path to her freedom. Moriah had already undergone a successful Gastric Bypass surgery in 2002 but let the weight creep back on. After Moriah’s 32nd birthday in 2014, She checked her weight only to discover she had regained 50 plus pounds of the 150 pounds previously lost.  Through diet and exercise, she lost 125 pounds. While that was an outstanding accomplishment, it didn’t teach Moriah how to love herself. How to give herself grace and understanding. How to release negativity and self-doubt. That occurred when Moriah began her Yoga practice.

Yoga has allowed Moriah to connect to her body while facing what is going on inside her mind. Through Moriah’s time on the mat, she is able to grant herself grace and ease whenever necessary. To accept where she is in the moment. Moriah expects nothing and is so very grateful for everything.

Moriah’s goal is to show that the practice of yoga is accessible to all body types and maybe help another being find their freedom. Moriah is a Certified Alignment Based Yoga and Aerial Yoga. Moriah completed her RYT-200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training through CircuSoul Yoga, under Kerry Tice E-RYT-500 and Britt Dienes E-RYT-200.
